Local Bloodwork
We send lab requisitions to a facility near you. Mississauga has LifeLabs and Dynacare locations across the city, including Square One, Hurontario corridor, Clarkson, and Cooksville. Walk in when it suits your schedule.

Virtual Physician Visit
Dr. Xiao reviews your comprehensive lab panel, establishes your Vis Viva Score across all three domains, and builds your protocol. This is an unhurried consultation, typically 45-60 minutes for initial visits.

Pharmacy & Follow-Up
Your custom compound is prepared by our licensed Ontario pharmacy and shipped to your Mississauga address. Labs are repeated at scheduled intervals, and dosing is refined based on your response across Sensus, Pulsus, and Virtus.

Do I need to drive to Toronto for BHRT if I live in Mississauga?
No. Virtual consultations are available for all Mississauga residents. Labs can be drawn at any LifeLabs or Dynacare location in Mississauga, and compounds ship to your home. If you do want to visit in person, our Yorkville clinic is a short drive or GO train ride from anywhere in Mississauga.

Can my compounds be delivered to my Mississauga home?
