Lab requisitions are sent electronically. Markham has numerous LifeLabs locations along Highway 7, in Markham Village, near Pacific Mall, and throughout Unionville. Walk in at your convenience for a fasting blood draw.

Comprehensive Physician Review
Dr. Xiao conducts a thorough virtual consultation to review your lab results, establish your Vis Viva Score across Sensus, Pulsus, and Virtus, and design a protocol tailored to your physiology and objectives.

Treatment & Titration
Your individualized compound is prepared by our Ontario pharmacy and shipped to your Markham address. Scheduled lab draws and virtual follow-ups ensure dosing stays aligned with your evolving response.

Absolutely. Most of our patients are starting BHRT for the first time. The virtual format works well for initial consultations because Dr. Xiao reviews your complete lab panel, takes a detailed health history, and explains every element of your protocol. Your first bloodwork draw happens at a Markham lab, and your compounds ship directly to you.
I work in tech and have a sedentary lifestyle. Can BHRT help with the fatigue and weight gain I'm experiencing?
