Manus Solis provides London patients with virtual BHRT consultations directed by a physician trained in both conventional medicine and functional endocrinology. Your bloodwork is drawn locally, your protocol is custom-designed, and your compounded hormones ship directly from our Ontario pharmacy partner. The standard of care matches what we deliver at our Yorkville clinic.
London is approximately two hours from Toronto Yorkville by car via Highway 401, and well connected by VIA Rail with regular service to Union Station. Patients who prefer an occasional in-person visit find the trip manageable, though most London patients choose to manage their care entirely through virtual appointments.

How Virtual Consultations Work

Discovery Call
A complimentary introductory call where we discuss your symptoms, medical background, and treatment goals. This helps us determine whether our approach is appropriate for your situation.

Bloodwork in London
We send comprehensive lab requisitions electronically. London has LifeLabs locations throughout the city, including downtown near Richmond Row, in Byron, in the Fanshawe area, and near Masonville. You walk in at your convenience for a fasting draw.

Physician Consultation
Dr. Xiao reviews your lab panel in detail, assesses your symptoms across our Vis Viva framework (Sensus, Pulsus, Virtus), and designs a protocol with specific compounds and dosing for your physiology. Initial consultations typically run 45-60 minutes.

Treatment & Follow-Up
Your prescription is compounded and shipped to your London address. Follow-up bloodwork and virtual check-ins are scheduled at 4–6 weeks post-initiation, then quarterly. Each follow-up reassesses your Vis Viva Score and adjusts dosing as needed.

FAQ for London Patients
Can I receive BHRT from London without ever visiting Toronto?
Yes. Your entire course of care can be managed virtually. Lab requisitions go to London facilities, prescriptions are sent to our compounding pharmacy, and your hormones are shipped to your home. Virtual follow-ups are scheduled at regular intervals. You do not need to travel to Toronto unless you prefer to.
I'm a healthcare professional at LHSC. Can you coordinate with my existing care team?
We are happy to share consultation notes and lab results with your family physician or specialist, with your written consent. Many of our patients in London's medical community appreciate having a specialist BHRT physician complementing their existing primary care. We coordinate rather than compete.
How does bloodwork work for London patients?
We send requisitions to LifeLabs, which has locations throughout London, including downtown, near Western University, in Byron, White Oaks, and the Fanshawe corridor. You walk in for a fasting blood draw at your convenience. Results are transmitted directly to our office, typically within 48-72 hours.
